Zhou Fangyu was selected as one of the two representatives of college students in Chongqing, which was the first time that students from Chongqing institute of engineering were included in the list of 100 representatives of national scholarship students.

Zhou Fangyu is a 2016 undergraduate student majoring in engineering cost in the school of civil engineering of our university. She has won the 2017 national encouragement scholarship and participated in nearly 40 social activities such as Chongqing youth lecture hall, young entrepreneurs meeting with college students face to face.
