On December 19, 2018, 3313, the school of management organized and held a training experience exchange meeting on "improving the professional ability and quality of college management cadres". In view of the course contents of the specialized network training on improving the professional ability and quality of cadres organized by the personnel department, the section-level and above cadres of our college have carried out extensive discussions respectively, including the topics of new engineering education, college student management, the development of international path under One Belt And One Road, higher education innovation and entrepreneurship, etc.

The total number of trainees in our college is 15, and we have learned 18 compulsory courses and elective courses, with a total length of 2,700 minutes.
