This net news (text/personnel department Yi Li, figure/college press corps) At 1:30 PM on March 22, the meeting room on the second floor of the administration building of Nanquan campus of Chongqing Institute of Engineering held the induction training for new employees in spring 2019. The training meeting was presided over by Long Li, deputy director of teacher development center. More than 30 new employees who entered the school after September 2018 attended the training.

At the training meeting, Yan Huang, minister of the department of learning and engineering, Jing Li, director of the office of academic affairs, Wei Chen, director of the department of science and technology, and Yanyan Ming, director of the department of personnel, as representatives of the heads of various functional departments, introduced the student education and management, teaching procedures and norms, scientific research regulations and applications, and personnel system and assessment work of Chongqing institute of engineering in turn. The work focus of each department is explained in detail, including ideological and political education, talent training mode, scientific research results report, student management norms, career development planning of staff and so on. At the meeting, Mr. Yeping Zhang, party secretary and vice President of the school, introduced the development and historical changes of Chongqing institute of engineering since its establishment to the new employees, and illustrated the school's founding purpose and educational philosophy with real and moving stories. Zhang stressed that new employees should establish goals, firm faith, never forget the original intention, forge ahead and strive for the establishment of a high-level university of engineering and technology with distinctive characteristics.
