This network news (Text / picture, Teacher Development Center, Jingjing Dai ) In order to promote the construction of teaching team, promote the professional development and growth of teachers, and improve the quality of education and teaching, on April 24th , the teacher development center of our school specially invited professor Xiuhuai Wang, a famous expert, to do " Thematic teaching workshop" seminar training for more than 140 teachers of our school.

Before the training, Qionghua Wang, the vice principal of the school, encouraged the participating teachers to study hard, actively participate in the training setting, cherish the training opportunities, apply the skills learned in the training to the practical work and continuously improve the professional quality.

On the same day, Professor Xiuhuai Wang mainly focused on the two parts of "effective teaching structure, learning style" and "teaching strategy". In the morning, the teachers under the guidance of Professor Wang to learn "effective teaching structure: BOPPPS instructional design and implementation", In the process of completing the learning tasks in groups, everyone showed great enthusiasm for learning and the warm atmosphere on site. The training process itself also demonstrated the BOPPPS teaching design concept. In the afternoon, the theme of the study was “Learning Four Feelings: Learning Styles and Teaching Strategies Workshops”, the participating teachers found out their own learning styles by completing the learning style questionnaire, and then learned the teaching strategies for coping with different learning styles of students in groups according to the same type.

After the training, the teachers expressed that the training content was very practical, which was of great help to improve the teaching design ability and teaching quality of teachers in our school.
