According to the work arrangement of the school, the teacher Fang Luo, dean of the department of financial management, organized all  teachers to study and discuss the "ten standards of professional conduct for college teachers in the new era" issued by the ministry of education. This standard requests the general teachers must strengthen moral education and cultivate people positively as the basic task, constantly enhance their sense of responsibility, mission and honor, regulating professional behavior, clarify the bottom line of teacher ethics, guide the majority of teachers to strive to become a good teacher with ideals and beliefs, moral sentiments, solid knowledge, and a caring heart. At the same time, the standards require that the teacher must adhere to the students as the center, adhere to the "people-oriented", return to the essential function of the school, take "cultivating people" as the fundamental task.
