This network news (Text / Quality Education Center, Qiong Zhang, picture / College Students Career Development Association, Xin Zuo) On May 12th , The final of the fifth "Huibo cup" college student career planning competition was held in the lecture hall on the first floor of the administration building of Nanquan campus. The competition was hosted by the Chongqing Institute of Engineering, the Quality Education Center for College, the Admissions and Employment Office, and all the secondary colleges jointly hosted and received strong support from the Huibo Talent Network. The purpose of this competition is to enhance college students' career planning awareness and establish a correct concept of employment choice, and also to select talents for our school to participate in the fifth university student career planning competition in Chongqing.

At two o’clock in the afternoon, the competition was held in the lecture hall of the administrative building, there were 17 contestants from different majors. The judges team consisted of the on-campus employment and entrepreneurship guidance experts and the senior HR of Huibo Talent Network. The competition is divided into PPT keynote speech and judges' questioning session, the theme of the speech revolves around “Dream of youth”, the contestants choose different angles to discuss separately: some themes emphasize how to plan personal career development goals, some themes summarize the common valuable qualities of successful entrepreneurs, some themes call on contemporary college students not to forget the original heart, to use the passion of youth to light up the dream of employment. In the evaluation question and answer session, the players' calm typhoon, witty answers and humorous words made laughter and applause at the scene. They not only express their own unique insights, but also show the collective spirit of the students of Chongqing Institute of Engineering.

After the competition, the judges team made a comprehensive evaluation of all the players, Shifang Jiang of the School of Management won the first prize, Ji Yuan, School of Electronic Information, Zenghong Tan, School of Management, won the second prize respectively, four students such as Yanlin Yang of the School of Computer Science won the third prize, and 10 people such as Kai Yan of the Digital Art College won the excellence award. Finally, Ms. You Qing, the general manager of Huibo Talent Network, made a wonderful comment on this competition and gave the high appraisal to the contestant’s performance.
