The final is divided into professional group and non-professional group, including three links: shining new anchor, golden microphone and summit showdown. In the program of shining new anchors, contestants perform creative and open talent shows to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China and the 100th anniversary of the May 4th movement, including sketches, crosstalk, instrumental music, dance, calligraphy, painting and singing. In the golden microphone of the final match, the contestants chose the content of short video as the theme, combined with their own actual situation to carry out on-site elaboration, each person is limited to 2 minutes; In the final summit showdown, the professional group selected the question on site to conduct the simulated hosting of "one-sentence program introduction + three keywords", while the non-professional group selected "one scene picture" on site to conduct the simulated live commentary.

In the end, there were 1 first prize, 4 second prizes, 5 third prizes and 1 best popularity award. In addition, the "Bole" composed of guest representatives from various TV stations also voted the "most media attention award" and "most potential new talent award".

On the spot, the judge panel made the splendid comment and the careful instruction for the contestant's performance. At last, Liang Liu, deputy director of the propaganda and education department of the municipal party committee, made a comment on the competition.
