January 18-19，2019，the school of management organized all faculty and staff to carry out the 2018 annual work report summary and staff quality development activities.

Department of business administration, department of e-commerce and department of financial management、achievements and future work prospects and plans. Dean Yugang Jian made a theme report named "running, rest assured"，which summarized the overall work of the school of management in 2018 and proposed goals and requirements for the work in 2019. The staff quality development activities after the meeting further strengthened the communication among the staff and enhanced the sense of teamwork.

In this work report summary and quality development activity, leaders of the college and all units affiliated to the college carefully summarized and reviewed the work of the college in 2018 to summarize experience and accumulate lessons; the leaders of the college have arranged and deployed the main tasks for 2019, further unifying the thoughts, improving the understanding and clarifying the thinking, and striving to push all the work of the college to a new level in the New Year.
