On February 22，2019，School of management，department of business administration in 6120 a new term "first class" teaching demonstration project activities，a total of 11 teachers have a new lesson this semester has carried on the wonderful interpretation of "first class"，including nine old teacher this semester by the new lesson for the first time to share ideas，and two new teacher participating curriculum of this semester class has carried on the detailed explanation and communication for the first time.

The first lecture is divided into two parts. first is old teacher new lesson teaching demonstration，mainly from the first class train of thought for overall introduction, including Yan Zhao，Ning Liu，Juan Chen three teachers "brand management" course， taught by professor Cong Wang, Lili Feng teacher "strategic management" course， Rui Yang "sales management" course，taught by the teacher Jia Du "advertising planning courses taught by the teacher，Xianhang Xu teacher teaches the human resource management courses，Zemei Shen teacher teaches the market investigation and prediction. Secondly, the new teacher Xingpeng Zheng directed at "retail management"，in view of "consumer psychology"，teacher Shuang Wang explained "the first lesson" in detail from the aspects of "why to learn"，"what to learn"， "how to learn", "how to assess" and so on. The other teachers listened carefully and put forward their own Suggestions. Through "the first class" tries to teach the topic activity to let the teaching and research section teacher to find the class feeling, enhances the class skill to lay the solid foundation.
