Jiang Xiaobai wine industry 2018 annual commendation conference was held in Chongqing Yue Lai International Convention Center on March 9, 2019. At the meeting, Juan Wang, a student of the first “Jiang Xiaobai” order class of the school of management, was rated as the outstanding employee of 2018 by Jiang Xiaobai wine industry.

The “Jiang Xiaobai” order class is one of the school-enterprise cooperative enterprises introduced by the School of Management in accordance with the working ideas of “ big brands, big categories, and big platforms”. This order class began to provide targeted training for undergraduate students majoring in marketing in 2017. Since Juan Wang joined the company as an intern through the school-enterprise cooperation order class of Jiang Xiaobai in September 2017, she has been active in work and won the "chairman special award" of Jiang Xiaobai wine industry due to her outstanding performance. After more than a year of growth, she is currently the head of the Tourism and Culture Department of Jiang Xiaobai, and her department also won the Jiang Xiaobai Wine Industry Excellent Department Award.

It is reported that since the School of Management and Jiang Xiaobai Wine Industry have carried out school-enterprise cooperation, two school-enterprise cooperation order classes have been established. At present, 38 students are working in the Jiang Xiaobai wine industry, the work locations are located in Chongqing, Beijing, Hangzhou, Shenzhen and other places, the company provides activities such as event planning, brand planning, supervision and sales for students to practice. With the high attention of both schools and enterprises, the students have grown rapidly, a total of 9 students have grown into the grassroots management personnel of the company, which has better solved the employment problems of students and improved the quality of employment. In this commendation meeting, a total of 24 students from order class of the School of Management participated in the conference.
