In order to further strengthen the construction of counselors in our school, improve the professional skills and work level of counselors, and promote the professional development of counselors, at 9:00 on March 22, our school held the " The fourth counselor vocational skills competition preliminary contest of school of management" in the 401 conference room of No.3 teaching building. The competition was hosted by the student studio Rui Fu, and the party general secretary Jun Zou and five student representatives served as the judges of this competition.

This competition is divided into three parts: theoretical preaching, talks, and case analysis. It comprehensively examines the knowledge and skills of the counselor's language expression ability, ideological education and psychological counseling ability, daily transaction processing ability, etc. The personal qualities, knowledge reserves and professional skills of the counselor. After fierce competition, the counselor Yanling Zeng won the first prize, Juanhong Han won the second prize, and Liwan Luo won the third prize.

The success of this competition not only shows the spirit and superb professional ability of our counselors, but also provides a platform for mutual learning and in-depth communication, sharing the methods and art of student education management, for the future student work and a new level to lay a solid foundation.
