On March 15, 2019, in Conference Room 3313, the School of Management conducted a special training on "lesson preparation" for new teachers this semester.

In order to familiarize the new teachers with the teaching work quickly and to be able to stand on the platform quickly, the School of Management has formulated a perfect training plan for the new teachers. The series of training is divided into seven themes: teaching quality monitoring system, teachers' morality and style of teaching, lesson preparation, teaching methods, classroom teaching management, assignment and evaluation, and curriculum assessment. This training is one of them. This training mainly shares with the new teachers the related matters of lesson preparation, including the connotation of lesson preparation, the requirements of lesson preparation, the process of lesson preparation and the matters needing attention in collective lesson preparation.

Zhangyong Liu, Dean of Electronic Commerce Department of Management College, Fang Luo, Dean of Financial Management Department, and three new professional teachers participated in the training.
