On the afternoon of March 6, 2018, the school of management held its first working conference in the 18-19-2 semester in 6115, and arranged the key work of the year.

The Dean of the school of management, Yugang Jian, explained to the faculty and staffs the main points of the work of the College in 2019, mainly including the general idea, the overall goal and the key points of the work in 2019. Dean Jian stressed that according to the main points of the school's work in 2019, the school of management should successfully complete the work objectives and tasks of the school for 2019, ensure that 100% of all qualified assessment work in 2021 meets the school's requirements, and 100% of the degree evaluation of all majors is achieved.

In 2019, the school of management should actively practice the motto of "Duty, Trustworthiness, Refinement and Innovation", strictly implement the working principles of "making every effort, making every effort, making great achievements" and the working methods of "understanding, confirmation, implementation and feedback". We should stick to the construction of "four contingents" (league cadres, counselors, professional teachers and service cadres) as the starting point, and take the construction of "system, process, system and norms" as the main line to strengthen the improvement of execution ability and work efficiency.
