The meeting required that the class tutor should be "one of four" in his work, at least once a month to carry out salon activities; Conduct at least one professional or trade seminar every two months; Hold a professional skills competition every semester; Create at least one professional club for each major. The required funds shall be listed from the student activity funds, student financial aid funds and lecture special funds. At the same time, all departments are required to coordinate the opening of salons and lectures and the construction of student associations. In particular, salons should be prepared in advance and open to students of related majors.

The meeting approved the proposal of setting up the working committee of class supervisors, and initially agreed to appoint the secretary of the general party branch as the director, the director of each department as the deputy director, and the secretary general as the head of the employment section. The meeting was to be submitted to the party and government joint meeting of the college to discuss the formal establishment after unification, so as to carry out daily work in a planned, purpose-oriented and overall plan.
