Finally, Meng Chen, from civil college, gave a speech on the theme of "pursuing a dream and pure child's heart", which touched the judges and the audience with magnificent momentum and high spirit and won the first prize. Lingjin Shi of computer college and Tian Tian of software college won the second prize.
