This lecture was delivered by Dianchang Wang, chief expert of Guanghua research institute. More than 400 people attended the lecture, including leaders of relevant departments of Chongqing youth league school, leaders of youth league committee of Chongqing university and college, all cadres of the student union and outstanding representatives of league members.

Researcher Wang Dianchang gave an in-depth analysis of ocean-related knowledge from the aspects of Marine law and status, Marine rights and interests and problems faced, and seabed areas. He said that China is a coastal country. The Bohai sea, yellow sea, east China sea and south China sea are surrounded by territory, and the delimitation of the sea and the competition for islands and reefs are all problems we are facing. The whole sea is a community of common destiny.

The whole lecture ended in the warm applause of the students. Students have said that they have benefited a lot. They have improved the national Marine security and rights awareness while learning Marine related knowledge, and have a deeper understanding of the great significance of the national "One Belt And One Road" construction.
