The opening ceremony was presided over by Comrade Xianghong Huang of South Hot Spring Primary School, Xiaolei Gao, Party Secretary of the School of Software, Chongqing Institute of Engineering Huaping Li, Secretary of the Party Branch of the Teacher, Wei,Wang Secretary of the First Party Branch of the Student, Qiao Yu, Secretary of the Second Party Branch of the Student, Party Branch of South Hot Spring Primary School totally of 24 people attended the event, including Tianhong Wan, members of the branch committee, and representatives of student party members of the School of Software of Chongqing Institute of Engineering.
