On the afternoon of May 29, 2019, 60 students from the 2nd Yonghui supermarket order class of Chongqing engineering college went to Banan Wanda store of Yonghui supermarket in Chongqing Yunan district 2 to participate in the exchange of observation and experience. Chongqing Yonghui supermarket Co., Ltd. Lunxiang Huang, district assistant Dahai Wang, Banan Wanda shop category coach Guofa Lin, fisheries, processing & people's square store category coach Lei Xiang, logistics manager Nan Yang, HRBP Xiaomei Wang and representatives of Yunchao 1933. Teacher Xia Zeng, department of business administration, school of management, led all the students of the second Yonghui supermarket order class to participate in the exchange.

At the exchange meeting, Teacher Xia Zeng, the head teacher of the order class, hoped that the students would have a holistic understanding of Yonghui supermarket through the Yonghui entity store observation, intuitively feel the operation mode of modern enterprises, and further understand the development prospects and trends of Yonghui supermarket. Lunxiang Huang, general manager of Yonghui supermarket Yunan district 2, affirmed Yunchao's 1933 training system and the comprehensive quality of students in order classes of CQIE. He hope that this study can make everybody learn something. Subsequently, the students were divided into six groups to observe and experience the store layout, commodity display and category distribution. The students also operated and experienced by themselves. This training exchange make students feel a lot. In school, it is not easy to operate simple things in practice. It covers a lot of professional knowledge. They have expressed that they need to strengthen theoretical knowledge learning, and combine theory with practice to constantly test themselves and improve themselves in practice.
