Department of Business Administration organizes 2018 marketing professional education activities for students

In order to strengthen the professional cognition of marketing undergraduate students, improve professional interest in learning, and successfully complete the transition from first-year general education to sophomore professional education. Under the unified arrangement of the School of Management, at 19:00 on May 19th, Prof. Jianfang Peng, the academic leader of marketing undergraduate, and Xiaobo Zhou, the head of the Department of Business Administration, respectively, in the academic lecture hall of the Shuangqiao Campus and the 508 classroom, marketing for the 2018 class, for the 2018 level undergraduate marketing students, a professional education activity combining lectures and interactions was launched.


Professor Jianfang Peng has the theme of "Building professional confidence and being the best self". With the four retreats of Minister Baosheng Chen of the Ministry of Education, the students were guided to "find their own niche and make a dream catcher"; tell the students that life is a marathon, we must learn to persist, work hard, build confidence and enhance courage; with data and enterprise examples, he told students that marketing professionals not only have good employment prospects and broad prospects; marketing is not a simple sales, but also enhances professional accumulation, strengthens marketing innovation; thinks about their professional goals and make a good choice for the future. Director Xiaobo Zhou introduced the future selection direction of junior college students from three aspects: the process and conditions of the special promotion, the beginning of the specialist order class and the internship employment problem, and introduced the specific requirements of the marketing professionals.


Through this professional education activity, it not only improved the students' understanding of the marketing profession, but also updated the students' concept of marketing major in our school, which laid a cognitive foundation for the professional course study in the next school year.
