The fifth reading festival activities ended successfully

Yan Huang, minister of student work department, Xiaoxu Pan, library director, Chunxia Zou, deputy director of quality education center, Long Li, deputy director of teacher development center, Wei Huang, deputy director of student affairs office and other relevant department heads, as well as more than 140 teachers and students representatives attended the closing ceremony.


It is understood that the current reading festival with "a new era, new reading" as the theme, activity successively carried out during the reader star selection, development course of Chongqing exhibition, more than 40 projects and activities including the introduction of high art into the Chinese painting exhibition on campus., rich contents, various forms, not only enrich the spare life of teachers and students, build a strong reading atmosphere on campus.


The event attracted more than 4000 people to participate in, collect more than 200 works, 146 people won prizes, including 2 municipal second prizes for individuals and 1 second prize for groups. The leaders present the awards to the winning teams and individual representatives.


Minister of education and industry Yan Huang expressed warm congratulations on the successful holding of the festival and the excellent achievements made by teachers and students in the closing speech. She said that the reading festival is coming to an end, but teachers and students' enthusiasm for reading should not be weakened. She hopes that teachers and students can take this reading festival as an opportunity to continue to construct a good reading atmosphere, respect traditional culture and read classic works, and make reading a habit and lifestyle, as well as a cultural consciousness.
