In order to further improve the talent cultivation mode and improve the quality of talent cultivation, on the afternoon of June 12, 2019, the school of management organized and held a review meeting on the talent cultivation program for undergraduate human resource management of the class of 2019 jointly participated by the school and the enterprise.

The personnel training program review meeting was held in the third conference room of the administration building. The review experts involved included leaders of human resource management, senior human resource managers of enterprises, school leaders in school of management and department heads of this major, which fully reflected the talent training concept of school-enterprise cooperation and collaborative education. The experts attending the review meeting are: Professor Jianwei Tan, leader of human resource management; Hongyan Chen, deputy general manager of Suning Chongqing area; Jia Li, HR director of Guanghui Chongqing Zhongqi southwest Co., Ltd.; Qiong Shen, HR director of field organizations; Li Wang , recruitment manager of Chongqing Yonghui Supermarket Co., Ltd.; Ji Dai, HR manager of Fuling Zhacai Group; Xin Chen, HR manager of 361 degrees Chongqing Branch,; Yugang Jian, dean of the school of management; Ling Li, vice President ;Ke Chen, vice President; Director Xianhang Xu and deputy director Ying Guo participated in the review meeting.

The review meeting has four agendas. Agenda one, vice President Ling Li, as the moderator of the review meeting, introduced the leaders and the purpose of the meeting. Agenda two, President Yugang Jian of the school of management addressed the meeting. Agenda three, Xianhang Xu, dean of human resource management department, reported the talent training program for human resource management professionals of 2019. Agenda four, the experts review the plan and put forward their opinions and suggestions. At the meeting, director Xu first proposed the background and principles of the personnel training plan for human resource management from the perspective of professional research and market analysis, and then proposed the curriculum setting and personnel training mode based on post competency, as well as the teaching mode of "one lesson and two teachers" coordinating with the school and enterprise. After director Xu introduced the talent training program of 2019 undergraduate human resource management major, the participating experts from universities and enterprises reviewed the program and put forward valuable opinions.

This 2019 undergraduate human resource management professional evaluation meeting fully reflects the talent training concept of school-enterprise cooperation and collaborative education. It provides valuable Suggestions for the management of human resources with distinctive features. The opinions put forward by the experts will be more conducive to the improvement of personnel training of human resources management major and the future development of human resources management major.
