In his speech, Dean of the School of Management, Yugang Jian, put forward the principle of "four three two ones" for the students of the order class, namely "four firm, three transformations, two goals, one method". Four determinations: stick to the initial heart and be rock solid; firm belief, unbreakable; persevere in action, unswerving; hard work and perseverance. Three transformations: role change, change in thinking and understanding, attitude change in attitude. Two goals: professional goals, professional goals; one method: see more, listen more, learn more, think more, and practice more.

Hua Fan, the chairman of the Domain Institution, placed an earnest expectation on the students in the order class: the future was initiated by the younger generation, and the students decided that the industry would take root and will be grateful that they were at a great moment in a few years. He particularly emphasized the key role of talent training in the field: people are capital in the field, and the company is based on talent. I hope that everyone will forge their own abilities in the real estate industry, and cater to the values of the field and develop the future together.

In his speech, the student representative, Xing Hong, thanked the school and the Domain Institution for providing a platform for students to learn and grow. She called on the students to "fly by the sea and make a leap by the fish". She suggested that they make clear their own position, create value for themselves, the company and the school with hope, study hard and display their talents.
