Linqi Li, a group of deputy group leader under of the guidance of the Municipal Committee of Education and Work, attended the meeting and delivered gave a speech. About 200 people participated in the meeting, including all the leaders, middle-level and above in of Nanquan Campus, all Party cadres, and representatives of teachers and students. At the same time, mMore than 30 leading cadres, all party affairs  cadres and representatives of Party members from of teachers and students in Shuangqiao Campus also participated in the video conference. The meeting was chaired by Yongcheng Gan, Director of the Party and Government Office and Minister of the Organizational Department of the Party Committee.

Comrade Yeping Zhang, head of the leading group of theme school thematic education, Secretary of the Party Committee and executive vice-president, made a speech on mobilization and deployment. He put forward three opinions on how to carry out the theme education of “Remain True to Original Aspiration，Keep Mission firmly in Mindnever forget the first intention and remember the mission” according to the actual situation of the school. First of all, we should enhance our ideological understanding and deeply understand the significance of thematic education. Developing thematic education is an important measure to strengthen the armed innovation theory, an important practice to deepen the inner-party education, and an important reflection of the implementation of education and the cultivation of morality. Secondly, we should adhere to good work and accomplish well, and put high standards and quality throughout the whole process of thematic education. We should carry out learning and education throughout the whole process, forge loyalty in the mind of keeping the junior high school; carry out investigation and research throughout the whole process, and assume the mission in real life; examine problems throughout the whole process, fill gaps in the search for shortcomings; carry out rectifications throughout the whole process, and achieve results in the implementation. Third, we should strengthen organizational leadership and promote the solid and orderly development of thematic education. This theme education is time-intensive, task-intensive and demanding. Therefore, consolidate the responsibility of work and the leading groups and their offices should do a good job in organizing and guiding work, and school Party committees should resolutely shoulder the main responsibility of thematic education, team members should conscientiously carry out  the “one postposition, two responsibility ” and do a good job in the thematic education of the departments in charge ; to strengthen supervision and guidance, , school thematic education leading group office should do a good job in guiding work . All Party branches should supervision supervise the whole process, grasp the situation comprehensively and help guide in time. We should create a good atmosphere, timely summarize the progress of publicity and thematic education, effectively unify ideas, inspire people and unite forces, vigorously abstain from formalism, and carry out high standards and strict requirements all the time. We should combine thematic education with the promotion of the normalization and institutionalization of “two learning and one doing ” learning education , with the implementation of the central and municipal committees and the requirements of the municipal education work committee , and with the implementation of the work center of “running a high-level university of engineering and Technical University technology with distinctive characteristics”. Actually , we should grasp with both hands , keep both right and promote each other .

In his speech , Linqi Li , a deputy group leader under the guidance of the Municipal Committee of Education and Work , pointed out that in the second batch of thematic education of “Remain True to Original Aspiration，Keep Mission firmly in Mindnever forget the mission at the beginning ”, the guidance group of the Municipal Committee of Education and Work mainly carried out guidance work guidance from following nine aspects : The fFirst is to guide and urge the second batch of units to set up thematic education leading bodies institutions and working bodies institutions, check and verify the work program, and participate in mobilization and deployment meetings . Second, conduct individual talks with members of the leading group of the guiding unit,  and give feedback on the problems and suggestions reflected. Third, timely understanding of the learning arrangements and organizational implementation of the guidance unit, attending the leading group to concentrate on learning and discussion. Fourth, to attend the special meeting on finding gaps between the leading bodies institutions of the guiding units in accordance with Party rules and regulations, and to promote careful inspection, rectification and improvement. Fifth , to attend the research results exchange meeting of the guiding units , to read the research reports , to understand the situation of guiding the research and solving problems , and the transformation and application of the research results . Sixth , attend the Party Committee (Party Group) secretaries of the guiding units and some members of the group to conduct special Party lessons , check the speeches of other members of the group , and listen to the evaluation of the effect of Party members and cadres on the quality of Party lessons . Seventh, we should follow up and guide the special rectification work and conduct key visits to the people who have many problems and have strong public reaction. Eighth, to guide the leading bodies institutions of the contact units to hold thematic democratic life meetings, review and review analytical materials, attend and comment on the meetings. Ninth, on the basis of daily supervision and & guidance and grasping the actual situation, through extensive listening to opinions and conducting random evaluation, the subject education of the guiding unit is comprehensively studied and evaluated.

At the same time, he put forward five opinions on the theme of “Remain True to Original Aspiration，Keep Mission firmly in Mindnever forget the mission at the beginning” education in private colleges and universities. First, we should improve our ideological understanding. To carry out thematic education is the urgent need to arm the whole Party with the socialist ideology with Chinese characteristic in the new era, to promote the Party’s construction in the new era, to maintain the flesh-and-blood relationship between the Party and the people, and to achieve the goals and tasks set by the Nineteenth National Congress of the Party. Second, we should focus on the theme and study closely around Jinping Xi’s socialist thought with Chinese characteristic in the new era. Thirdly, we should grasp the general requirements of “Remain Original Aspirationkeeping the initiative, assuming Carry out the missionMission, fFinding the gap Gap and implementing itGrasp implementation”. Fifthly, we should adhere to the four goals throughout the whole process.

After the mobilization and deployment meeting , the members of the Remain True to Original Aspiration，Keep Mission firmly in Mindschool’s “ never forget the mission ”  theme education leadership group also  held an office formation meeting in the second meeting room of the administrative building , and made detailed deployment and arrangement for the leadership members of each group in the office , including their duties and division of laborpositions.

In May this year, the Central Committee convened a working conference on the theme of “Remain True to Original Aspiration，Keep Mission firmly in Mindnever forget the beginning and remember the mission”, and General Secretary Xi Jinping delivered an important speech. On September 7th, the Central Committee convened the first batch of summing-up and second batch of deployment meetings on Theme Education of “Remain True to Original Aspiration，Keep Mission firmly in Mindnever forget the beginning and remember the mission”, which put forward clear requirements for the second batch of theme education. On September 9th, the Party Group of the Ministry of Education held the second batch of meetings on the deployment of thematic education. At the meeting, Baosheng Chen, secretary Secretary and Minister of the Party Group of the Ministry of Education, arranged the deployment of thematic education and put forward clear requirements. School Party committees have planned ahead of time for the formulation of the implementation plan of thematic education, the development of learning education, investigation and research, the inspection of problems, and special rectification.
