Congratulations to the Civil Engineering College on the Successful Completion of another Batch of Order Class Participants

Net news (article, photo/  Institute of Civil Engineering Xiangxiang Liu) On the morning of September 25th, Civil Engineering Institute Qi-Ao cost consulting order class first semester Students graduated. Vice-President Quping Zhu and order class director Xiangxiang Liu attended the Graduation Ceremony.

At the ceremony, Vice President Quping Zhu fully affirmed the learning results of the first phase of the Qi-Ao cost consulting order class. And he congratulated the joint training with Chongqing Qi-Ao Engineering Consulting Company on the successful stage (Later called Qi-Ao Company).  She hoped that the students would cherish the platform provided by the enterprise, quickly transform their identity and enter the role of the work. Chairman Zhao of Qi-Ao Company affirmed the solid basic skills of civil engineering students. And she hoped that the students would not be afraid to make mistakes, having the courage to practice, do not compare with others, practice your skills, stick to your goals, and stick to the end. Finally, Qi-Ao Company and college leaders gave certificates of completion to thirteen students. Three outstanding students and one excellent class committee member got an honorary certificate.

It is reported that the first course of the Qi-Ao cost consulting order class was officially held on July 30th, 2019 and lasted one month and a half. During the training, the participants successfully completed six major courses in accordance with the established order-class development program. Including public courses, professional courses, on-site survey and other 45 hours of training and assessment, finally ten students successfully entered the internship position.

Jingping Xiang: During the training process, every teacher is very serious and responsible. This is the first time I’ve met a teacher who will check our engineering volume one by one. Thank you to the teachers for their strict treatment! They let me find a lot of errors which I didn’t normally found. It is from these details that I see the company’s attention to this training. I’ll keep this expectation in mind and work hard in the future.

Qianqian Zhu: I still remember when I first arrived at the company, in the face of daily high-intensity courses and exercises which I feel hard. At the beginning of talking about the cost consulting practice process and business operation rules, I wrote notes in the class until my hands fell off. Until the end of the theory course I was thinking that I could start to practice, but later I found out that I still had problems to view figures. Fortunately, the teachers are patient. When we encountered problems that we didn’t understand, the teacher will give us answers. This learning experience made me understand that life is not easy, but we should move forward.

Jun Xiong: The instructors arranged by the company are the elite in the industry. Our learning course includes practice process, modeling, preparation of inventory quotas, post-project archiving and systematic training in a variety of business operation rules. In the process I know that practical learning opportunities are hard-won and I feel the continuous improvement of my abilities. This training let me understand: not every effort will pay off, but no effort must not pay off. I’ll continue to learn new knowledge and make strict requirements of myself.

Fenlan Xie: Thanks to the company for arranging this training course for us. Time is short but I got a lot of benefits. As a learning member, my main job is to host early meetings and collect the learning situation of the students in the training course. Every day from 8:45 to 9:00 is early meeting time to help everyone adjust the mental state. Although I had a lot of troubles during my time as a member of the class committee, I still cherished and enjoyed this process.
