Shuangqiao Campus Held "Fire Safety into the Campus" Activity

Net (news Article/Photo Shuangqiao Campus Integrated Affairs Office Yulin Wang) In order to further study on fire control safety knowledge, practically set up fire control safety consciousness, master the fire safety knowledge, and improve self-help ability to escape from the emergency, in the afternoon of September 25th, the activity of "Fire Safety into Campus" was organized by Chongqing Shuangqiao Jingkai fire rescue group and co-organized by Chongqing Institute of Engineering, which carried out in the playground of Shuangqiao campus, and also, there were more than 1,500 freshmen of the class of 2019 participated in the activity and experienced a fire safety education practice together.

In the activity, the fire brigade officers started from the cause of fire at the university and home, with to-understand language explain the occurrence of fire alarm, how toextinguish the initial fire, how to correctly self-help escape, how to correctly use fire-extinguishingequipment and other fire knowledge. Students also tried on fire-fighting uniforms and wore air breathing apparatus, feeling the "weight" on the firemen. The fire team made up of 7 freshmen also participated in three activities, including "fire rescue", "kangaroo fire knowledge quiz" and "super fireman". In the end, "attacking team", "champion team", "blazing wave team" were one, two, and three prizes.
