Our Employment Team Visited Some Local Universities and Enterprises in Chengdu

Net news (article/photo Admissions and Employment Office Jun Yang) According to the requirements of "Employment and Entrepreneurship Work Plan for 2019-2020 Academic Year" (no. 11 [2019] of Chongqing Institute of Engineering), on October 10th, Dabin Liu,  deputy director of the employment office, Jun Yang, teacher of the employment guidance center, Xiaolei Gao, secretary of the general party branch of Software Institute, Pan Teng, director of the employment section, and Yannan Wang, director of the employment section of Management Institute, went to Chengdu for investigation and study together.

In the morning, the team first came to Chengdu University of Technology and had a discussion and exchanged opinions with Dexiang Yang, director of the recruitment office of the University, Jing Yang, director of the employment guidance center, teacher Yi Shi, and Zhiguo Xu, secretary of the general party branch of the secondary school and Feng Chen. They visited the employment "one-stop" service platform of Chengdu University of Technology. At the meeting, director Dexiang Yang focused on the employment situation when vice minister of the Ministry of Education Tiehui Weng visited Chengdu University of Technology on September 3rd. Director Jing Yang explained the establishment of the school's employment guidance system, the expansion of the employment market and the two-level assessment of the university. Party secretary of Earth and Physics Institute Zhiguo Xu introduced the university employment work, concept change of employment staff, employment guide incentive, etc. Party secretary of Science and Technology Institute Feng Chen talked on how to promote participation and employment education, senior and junior interactive employment, helping students with difficulties in employment and recruiting alumni enterprises and so on. After the meeting, director Yang also led them to visit the employment "one-stop" service platform.

In the afternoon, the team successively visited Chengdu Team Line Model Code Information Technology Limited Company, Beijing Zhiyuan Internet Software Equity Investment Limited Company, Sichuan Sikai Computer Software Limited Company, Chengdu Renwoxing Software Equity Investment Limited Company, Chengdu Zhiweian Technology Equity Investment Limited Company, Chengdu Zhifei Technology Limited Company and other six software companies. Executive secretary Xiaohua Deng and general deputy secretary Yan Zhuang of Sichuan Software Association, communicated with deputy director Dabin Lin in detail, saying that they would help our university to build a platform for enterprise communication in Sichuan Software Association, and actively recommend high-quality enterprises to participate in our double-selection meeting.

Through this investigation, the employment staff of our university has studied the advanced experience of universities and employment units in Chengdu area. We all agree that employment is related to the quality of talent training in universities, the national economy and people's livelihood, so we should do our work carefully, realistically and truly. The university leadership implements the employment work "the first handle" project, attaches importance to the employment work team construction, and builds the employment atmosphere of the entire staff participation and so on, which has the important significance to the university employment work.
