Net news (article/photo Studies Ministry Yan Huang): In order to further promote the construction of the specialization and professionalization of instructors, to strengthen counselor class management ability, to develop good student education, employment and career planning guidance, in the afternoon of November 8th , 2019 counselors-say class management final competition was held in six lecture hall. Secretary of the party committee and executive vice President Yeping Zhang, and president assistant Jiandong Wang attended the meeting. The winners of 7th national quality and ability of university counselors competition third prize and the sixth instructors in Chongqing quality ability contest first prize, student work department and secretary of youth corps committee of institute of mechanical and power engineering of Chongqing institute of science and technology Qian Yang, part of the functional office and department heads, and secretary of each secondary school party branch attended as judge,  and all CQIE instructors attended the competition to learn.

The final is divided into two parts: class management and class situation understanding. The purpose is to test the theoretical learning foundation and practical working ability of each participating instructor, and to promote the building of the instructor team by promoting learning through competition, practice through competition, research through competition and promotion through competition. After fierce competition, Yanling Zeng from institute of management won the first prize, Jingjing Jiang, Shuang Fang from institute of general education won the second prize, Xuan Yu from institute of software, Li Cai from institute of general education, Qianwen Yi from institute of civil engineering won the third prize.

The judges on the scene made a high evaluation of the competition, the chief judge Qian Yang talked around professional ability standards and job responsibilities of the college counselor, and gave full affirmation of the performance of the players on the field. Secretary Yeping Zhang appreciated every participant for everyone here to have a wonderful education courses, he also stressed that the school should be around  “enhance morality, foster talents” fundamental task to do a good job of counselors, to create a "strong，political, professional, strict" and willing to be engaged in ideological and political work of the counselor team.
