Chongqing Municipal Commission of Education Team Visited Our School to Check the Registration Work

Net news (Article/academic affairs office, Dongmei Hu, Photo student press corps, Nilin Qian, Xin Tan)On the afternoon of November 18th.,The deputy director of the office of the Southwest University Daiping Zhang, deputy director of the office of the Chongqing Normal University Rui Xia, Chongqing Medical College office director Zuoping Lan ,Chongqing Vocational and Technical College of Electronic Engineering Institute enrollment section director Fei Deng visited our university to check the status of student registration in 2019. President assistant Yugang Jian, director of the academic affairs office Jing Li and the deputy director Youguan Zhao, the minister of student engineering Yan Huang, the director of finance Qian Zhu and the admission office Guanmei Fu, etc, attended the meeting.

During the meeting, president assistant Yugang Jian on behalf of the university welcomed the guests, and made a detailed introduction on the teaching history, our characteristics, school-running orientation, etc. The deputy director of the academic affairs office Youguan Zhao reported to the expert group the construction of the enrollment management system and the completion of the registration.

Then, experts looked up the school registration work related to the information, including school registration, change of school status, graduation work, school status file management, etc.

When discussing the rectification opinions, the expert group gave full affirmation to the current performance of the enrollment management, and also put forward some suggestions and some deficiencies in the current work. The school said that the inspection to further do a good job of student status management work put forward valuable advice, and the next step will continue to strictly according to the requirements of Chongqing Municipal Commission of Education, seriously implement relevant policies to keep the students status management work.
