Our School Won the Second Prize of the Group in the Finals of the 2019 “Hengxin Cup” Competition

Net news (article, photo/ Zhongming Guan, Institute of Management) on the afternoon of November 14th, the 2019“Hengxin Cup”national tax skills final competition(higher vocational group)was held in Hangzhou. In the competition, the team of teachers and students majoring in financial management of our university won the second prize of the national finals team with excellent performance.

Tingting Lu and Yulin Shi, lecturers of management institute, served as instructors of the competitors Tao Chen, Xiaomei Huan and Xiaoju Qiao from 2017 financial management 1703601 class. The competition set up a highly simulated real tax related environment, by tax experts, enterprise tax personnel and teachers & students of accounting major participated in, observed and experienced an open tax skill competition. Participating teams competed with representatives from 70 Vocational Colleges in China. And finally, they won the second prize of the notional final group.

It is understood that “Hengxin Cup” competition sponsored by China Business Accounting Society, Zhejiang Hengxin Education Technology Co., Ltd. provided technical support. In this competition, three positions of tax administrator, tax supervisor and tax official were tested, before the game, the way of drawing lots and determining posts shall be adopted, the main purpose is to check the actual tax operation ability and basic knowledge of finance and taxation of competitors. The purpose of the competition is to cultivate high-quality skilled talents to deal with tax related affairs. It can rote the connection between teaching environment and professional working environment of tax relate majors, promote teaching, learning and training by competition, so as to improve students’ professional skills and employment competitiveness.
