The Scientific Research Team of Electronic Information Institute Participated in the Precision Alignment Activities of Scientific and Technological Resources in Bishan District

Net news (article: Institute of Electronic Information Chengrui Chen, photo: Institute of Electronic Information Ji Chen, Congjuan Hu) On the November 27th, the Precision Alignment Activities of Scientific and Technological Resources in Bishan District, organized by the Chongqing Science and Technology Association was held at the Public Service Center of the People's Government of Bishan District. With the strong support of our university's Science and Technology Department, the Robotics and ICT Research Team of the Institute of Electronic Information was invited to participate. The activity focused on intelligent equipment, information technology, life and health three leading industries and Bishan District National High-technology Park enterprises to implement precision alignment. Government, school and enterprises searched for cooperation opportunities of production, research and development face to face, and got high attention and warm welcome by the Bishan district government and related units.

It is reported that the activities invited 10 scientific research teams including materials, chemistry and advanced manufacturing etc. from Chongqing University, Chongqing University of Science and Engineering, Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications. Facing the specific technical needs of 11 enterprises, such as Chongqing Ruipu Robotics Research Institute Company, Chongqing Dajiang Power Equipment Manufacturing Company and so on, participants group-discussed and examined the actual scientific research production situation of enterprises. Our robot and information technology research team put forward solutions, plans and suggestions in the intelligent robot, machine vision, car network, intelligent manufacturing and so on to a number of units. They reached a broad consensus on the technology combined research and development, talents recruitment, achievements transformation, internship & employment base construction and so on. They reached a preliminary cooperation intention with Chongqing Ruipu Robotics Research Institute in the research and development of key technology of power inspection robot.

The Institute of Electronic Information actively implements the school-enterprise cooperation, the integration of education and production school running mode, carry out the concept of educating people to open running schools around social needs, explore new ways of school-enterprise cooperation, and actively serve regional economic and social development and strengthen scientific and technological research and achievements transformation. It provides new exploration and practice for continuously improving the quality of talent training and promoting the integrate development of subject and major.
