Our School Held the First Semester of the 2019 - 2020 Year Student Assistant Team Work Summary Meeting

Net news (article/College Student Quality Center Ting Niu, photo/College Student Reporter Team Jiale Xie, Ye Zhang) On the December 18th, College Students Quality Education Center held a summary meeting of this semester work of the student assistant team in the lecture hall. 26 student assistant teams from secondary colleges and functional departments and mentoring teachers participated in the summary meeting. Director of the Center for Quality Education, Chunxia Zhou, Wei Huang from Department of Political Affairs, and Xiaoping Wu from Management Institute served as judges.

All the student assistant team representatives in the competition were fully prepared. They took to the stage in turn to show the teachers and students present the work performance of the department since the first semester. At the meeting, Yanchen Liu representing National Flag Guard showed us their high standards and strict requirements. They always ask for their studies, work and life use of military standards. Yu Peng on behalf of College Students Innovation and Entrepreneurship Service Center from the team heritage, code of conduct, team concept and work purpose, counting harvest and review problems, deep analysis of cadres should be practiced can be harvested. Huiting Tian on behalf of the College Student Reporter Team showed the school this semester in the promotion work achievements, including focusing on campus hot spots and dynamics of view, recording school achievements and capturing youth posture. They constantly improve their professionalism with high standards. Zhou Xinghong represented College Students Apartment Management Service Center. They insist on more effective work, to ensure the quality of work steadily and improve the work philosophy for the bedroom standardized construction unity, not afraid of difficulties, insisting on the service of teachers and students to exercise their own.

According to judges’ mark, College Apartment Management Service Center Team and College Students Innovation & Entrepreneurship Service Center Team won the first prize, 5 teams such as College Student Reporter Team won the second prize, Software College Student Assistant Management Committee and other 8 teams won the third prize, 11 teams such as the Employment Guidance Center for College Students won the outstanding award. This event not only helps to enhance the student assistant in-depth understanding of the position, improve the job requirements, but also promote mutual learning and communication between teams.
