After the meeting, the party secretary and executive vice President, prevention and control work leading group leader Yeping Zhang  immediately presided over the school epidemic prevention project meeting, communicate the implementation of the video meeting requirements, each unit should according to the video scheduling meeting the requirements, no discounts the elaboration of task and responsibility to the people, quickly implemented. At the same time, combined with the actual work of the school, the prevention and control work emphasis: First, we attach great importance to it and actively respond to its implementation. In accordance with the requirements of the school students work, teaching work, campus security control work, material support work, network and publicity work and other nine aspects of the epidemic prevention work implementation plan, to seriously implement the whole school every day of the teachers and students of the comprehensive thorough investigation and timely report. Second, campus management should be strengthened. The school has suspended its opening to the outside world, refused to allow outsiders to enter and visit relatives and friends, and implemented strict registration and screening system for incoming teachers and students. Third, it is necessary to strengthen the reserve of protective materials such as protective masks, disinfection supplies and purchase of special diagnostic equipment, so as to fully protect the front-line staff of the school and the relevant protective equipment in the observation area.

At the meeting, the units also carried out research and deployment on the purchase of prevention and control materials and equipment, the sanitation and disinfection of key areas of the campus, and the observation of centralized isolation of teachers and students after returning to school.
