This series of activities is divided into three links: online lectures, discussion and evaluation, and optimization of trial courses. According to the action route of "Watching, Listening, Discussing and Testing", this activity helps teachers deepen their understanding of online teaching, optimize online teaching design, and enrich online teaching experience.

In the online class, the school has arranged five courses for online teaching demonstration, including basic programming A by Wei Yan, college English by Le Wang, economic mathematics by Jie Peng, college English by Shuang Wu and calisthenics by Lingyan Zhang. The teachers had a detailed understanding of their online teaching organization, including platform selection, information technology application, teacher-student interaction, students' learning status and effects.

At the end of each online class, we will enter the course evaluation. A total of 220 teachers from the general education school participated in the class evaluation and discussion. The questions focused on how to optimize the online teaching method, how to interact with students online, how to control students' learning status, how to adjust the teaching schedule, and how to design and assign online assignments. At the same time, the leaders at all levels of the school are more concerned and concerned about the practical significance of the teaching and research activities. Gui proposed to pay attention to five points: first, teachers should strengthen mutual learning, more lectures, more exchanges; Second, the teacher carefully prepares the lesson, must incorporate the teacher-student interaction arrangement into the teaching design; Thirdly, it is necessary to integrate "Curriculum Ideology and Politics" into teaching activities naturally. Fourth, we should pay attention to the learning effect, slow down the teaching progress appropriately, and link the teaching content with the reality as much as possible. Assistant Jane suggested that in online teaching, theoretical problems should be connected with life applications, so that students can understand the application value of the knowledge they have learned, and the teaching content can be more interesting and attractive, so as to stimulate students' interest in learning.

After the completion of 5 lectures and course evaluation activities, 15 teaching teams in the general education college conducted team discussions on course issues and optimized the design of online teaching links, including teaching plan, teaching schedule, teaching content, teaching method and assignment arrangement. According to the adjusted teaching strategy, the school conducts trial courses in the network class, and makes continuous summary and adjustment according to the feedback after the test, so as to achieve the optimal state.
