At the meeting, the leaders of the supervision groups of the secondary colleges reported one by one the arrangement of the supervision work of the college and the relevant measures to strengthen the supervision work during the epidemic, and put forward suggestions on improving the online teaching ability of teachers and the existing problems. In general, for the development of online teaching activities, all units attach great importance to it, hold many teaching preparation meetings, arrange relevant tasks, timely establish a teaching supervision working group of the college, and implement the supervision and supervision of online courses. With the cooperation of counselors and class teachers, the rate of class opening has reached 100%. According to the school's established curriculum plan, teachers have made a good preparation for class, contacted students in time before class and released teaching tasks, paid attention to online learning communication and exchange with students in class, and arranged relevant homework exercises after class, with stable teaching order. At the same time, it also reflects some problems in online teaching, such as the effective supervision of students in class, online teaching network guarantee, the effective use of teaching platform, the improvement of online classroom teaching quality and the improvement of online teaching quality monitoring.

Professor Cao Mingwu, the leader of the teaching supervision group of the school, reported the problems found in the recent teaching supervision work and put forward suggestions for improvement. He pointed out that since the online teaching for one month, the online teaching in our school has basically realized "the first week of the course is open, the second week of the course is standardized, and the third week of the course is alive", ensuring the quality of online teaching. School and college level supervisors enter the classroom through various ways, enter the class group to listen to and watch classes, understand and find problems in the online teaching process, communicate and exchange in time, and put forward suggestions for improvement. According to the evaluation table, most teachers are well prepared before class, proficient in online teaching operation, full of spirit of teachers and students, good teaching atmosphere, high attendance rate, strong atmosphere for teachers to learn from each other, and good online teaching effect. First, in view of the problem that individual teachers still use long classroom time to arrange students' self-study or watch teaching videos independently, which leads to the lack of classroom management and control for a long time, each teaching unit should strengthen teaching and research activities, guide teachers to continuously improve teaching methods, strengthen classroom interaction in multiple ways and styles, reasonably allocate teaching and learning tasks, and pay attention to students' online learning status in real time, and Correction of "off-line" behavior. Second, the college should further strengthen teaching training and services, take "point-to-point, one-to-one" technical assistance, help teachers gradually optimize teaching methods, scientific combination, stable mode, skilled operation, find the most suitable, most conducive to students' learning and simplified teaching platform and method; at the same time, teaching teachers and counselors do a good job in student counseling. Third, the teachers should increase the interaction in the classroom, establish the incentive mechanism, pay attention to the students' learning situation in real time by random answer and other ways and give appropriate incentives to maintain the enthusiasm and activeness of classroom learning.

Li Faling, director of the quality control office, reported on the key tasks of the school's next supervision. First, the quality management office will take the lead to further revise the supervision management methods and implementation rules of our school, improve the teaching quality assurance system; second, draw up the teaching quality evaluation program; third, combine the teaching quality evaluation with personnel management, strengthen the application of the teaching supervision evaluation results; fourth, further supervise and implement the implementation of the spirit of this meeting by each teaching unit.

Zhou Longfu, assistant to the president, put forward his opinions on the problems existing in the recent supervision work. First, the school should make full use of the weekly teaching supervision report to feed back the teaching situation, not only to find problems, but also to commend outstanding students and publicize good experiences and practices. Second, we need to further monitor the quality of online teaching, realize the full coverage of courses, especially ideological and political courses, and find and solve problems in time. Third, the supervisors at the two levels of the University and the college shall make supervision records, and form the paper-based raw materials such as the evaluation form and feedback record form of class attendance, and the teaching and research activities of the second level college shall also be recorded. Fourth, we should do a good job in the innovation of online teaching content and teaching methods. In view of the lack of teachers' understanding and experience of modern teaching mode, each unit should organize teachers to carry out discussion, focus on the problem of what to teach and do a good job in teaching design, so as to further realize the reform of teaching mode and innovation of methods and means.
