In order to do the examination work with all strength, our school specially set up a leading group for examination work, which was jointly composed of President,  Guoqing Gui,  and Secretary of the University Party committee,  Mingshu Tan,  as the group leader, and deputy secretary of the University Party Committee and executive Vice President,, Yeping Zhang , as the deputy group leader, the academic Affairs Office, Enrollment and Employment Office, Discipline Commission office, Student Affairs Department, Personnel Department, Security Office, infrastructure and logistics Office, Publicity Department, Finance Office and other secondary colleges. On the afternoon of the 19th, all invigilators participated in invigilation training and simulation exercises, and concentrated on studying the national measures for dealing with violations of education examinations, the examination instructions for colleges and universities in Chongqing in 2020, the job responsibilities of invigilators, examination rules, and emergency plans for examination work.... Our school also carried out a comprehensive disinfection of all examination rooms and ensured the air circulation in the examination room, at the same time, kept a safe distance between examinee to ensure the health and safety.

On the morning of the 20th at 9:00 a.m. , the exam officially began in the nNNo.6 teaching building of Nanquan Campus in our school, and the exam subjects were divided into college CollegeCollege  Chinese, higher HigherHigher  mathematicsMathematicsMathematics, College English and computer ComputerComputer  examination. In addition to the 368 students registered in our school, there were also examinee from Chongqing Vocational College of Architectural Engineering, Chongqing Vocational College of Culture and Art, and Chongqing Second Normal University. During the examination, all the work was carried out in a normal and orderly manner. The invigilators in each examination room distributed and recovered the examination papers on time, earnestly maintained the order of the examination room, strictly implemented the examination procedures, and recorded the examination conditions faithfully. Members of the mobile invigilator team carefully inspected each examination room to ensure the smooth progress of the examination. After the examination of each subject, they organized to check and seal the examination papers of each examination room and special personnel sent them to the designated place of the examination area. Video invigilators carefully observed the video images of each examination room in the video invigilator room. At the same time, they were also responsible for the regulations of the examination items and the arrangement of the examiners.

On the afternoon of the 21st at 16:30 p.m., the examination officially ended. The examinee from other schools took the bus specially arranged by the school to return to school. It is reported that the examination results will be announced on the portal website of Chongqing Education Examination Center at 12:00 noon on July 9th. The examinee can log in by themselves. If there are examinee who require to review their results, they will apply for grade view and register the subjects for re-examination results according to the prompts from 12:00 on July 9th  th to 12:00 on July 10thth. After that, according to the order of the first and second parallel voluntary majors and the on-campus adjustment majors, the school will determine the list of students to be admitted   according to the order of poverty graduates (including exemption), retired soldiers examinee (including exemption), and ordinary graduates (including exemption), and determine the proposed enrollment list according to the grades of the unified examination for upgrading from junior college to undergraduate..
