The College of Computer and Internet of Things Had Achieved Good Results in the Computer Design Competition.

The net news (Articles/Pictures the Creativity Center of the Institute of Computer and Internet of Things/Tianhua Yan Sijun Liu) In 2020, the 13th computer design competition of Chinese university students was held in our college. The members of the Institute of computer and the internet of things as a representative of our college took part in the competition. Facing these strong opponents who came from Chongqing University, Chongqing University of Post Telecommunication and other universities. But our members were not nervous at all. In addition to this, all these design works were fully displayed during the competition. And they won one first prize, two second prize and twelve third prize.

The teacher Tianhua Yan and Zhiqiang Ding choose the college of 2018 class as the prime members to take part in the competition that in order to test the training effect of the second class of the internet of things innovation center. In the early training process all the teachers were taken turns to make speaking for the participate students that includes reading the rulers of the competition, finding project ideas and held training. The creation center also invited some students with rich experience in the class 2016 & 2017 to introduce the competition experience and sharing many special ideas with these contestants. Because they try to use experienced people to help newcomers to promote the team’s talent training.

The teachers and outstanding seniors organized a project simulation contest in response to overcome the lack of competition experience in the 2018 class. And each project team should choose one people to explain the report, other members answered the questions from the judges and analyzing and solving these problems in the simulation contest. At the same time, the 2018 class also showing excellent quality of diligent study and hard work. The project team were called up to train in a laboratory. And they developed more than 20 projects in a week. At last, the students achieved satisfactory results. Then the first and second prize achievements which will represent Chongqing division to participate in the national final. Hope they still study hard and try to show Chongqing Institute of Engineering’s student’s charm on a larger stage.
