At the meeting, dean of Institute of Digital Art Kaifu Yang, mainly reported on the school's development, professional construction, talent training, qualification assessment, teacher team construction and other work, while Xiaohui Xu, secretary of general Party branch of Digital Art College, mainly reported on the school's recent party construction, employment, epidemic prevention & control and student’s work. Other members of the leading group of the college and the heads of each department reported their own work condition, discussed and communicated with each other about the key difficulties and problems in the development process of the college.

After listening to the work report of the participants, Secretary Zhang gave full affirmation to the current progress and achievements of the college firstly. He pointed out that the members of the college team have always maintained a good state of mind, the overall work plan of the college is clear, work ideas are novel, the college has got good results in various work, I hope you continue to work hard in their own positions. At the same time, secretary Zhang also put forward several work requirements for the college: First, we should have a deep understanding of the significance of carrying out the "System Construction Year" activities, take the opportunity of qualification assessment, clear our thinking and do a good job in the college's system construction. Second, we should take measures to cope with the current severe employment situation. We hope that the college can do a detailed and practical job in the employment of graduates. The faculty and staff of the college should make concerted efforts to improve the employment rate of graduates as soon as possible. Third, combining professional characteristics and relying on two municipal platforms, we will further promote the idea of “School-enterprise Cooperation and Industry-education Integration”. Fourth, we should pay close attention to the construction of teachers' teaching style in colleges, strengthen the organization and management of classroom teaching and further standardize the teaching behavior.
