The League Committee of the University Held A Key Training Course for Summer College Students in 2020

This net news(Article/Picture Youth League Committee Jing Peng)      In order to strengthen the ideal and belief of student cadres and earnestly strengthen the training of the backbone of young students, from July 10th to 12th, the Youth League Committee organized and conducted a training course for summer college students in 2020, which was attended by a total of 131 students from the 2018 and 2019 major student cadres of the whole school.

On the morning of July 10th, Professor Mingshu Tan, secretary of the Party Committee, brought to the students the theme training entitled "Youth Thought and Youth Work in the New Era." He described the work requirements and development of the Communist Youth League in the new era from the aspects of “the development of the Communist Youth League, the innovation of the work of the Communist Youth League in the new era, and the requirements of the party for the Communist Youth League." Secretary Tan encouraged the vast number of student cadres to develop high-strength skills, always keep their hearts red, and strive for Chinese dream, who has achieved the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.

0n July 11th, Dongmei Xia, head of the Science and Technology Department, conducted a professional training on the theme "From PPT White to the Great Master". Ms. Xia described it in three aspects: "Visualization of the point of view, PPT with the heart of the craftsman, and a summary of PPT skills" to remind students to truly "enter the eye, the human ear, the human brain, and the human heart" when they making PPT.

Subsequently, Chunxia Zou, deputy director of the quality Education Center, explained "The Etiquette and Communication Ability of Student Cadres". Professor Zou gave a vivid explanation from the aspects of "the role orientation of student cadres, the basic principles of etiquette and communication ability." The contents are  interested, and the curriculum showed students CQIE confidence.

In the afternoon, Lei Tang, head of the student comprehensive affairs department, brought "the improvement of the administrative management ability of student cadres" to the students. Ms. Tang comprehensively explained the administrative work from the aspects of "material management, conference control, activity organization, secretarial work" and so on, and explained in detail the requirements of standardizing the format of official documents, which brought high quality administrative copywriting skills to the students.

0n the morning of July 12th, Yi Pan, director of the work department of the Chongqing Municipal CPC Committee of the Communist Youth League, shared a lecture entitled firmly believe in following the party and bravely carrying the banner as an example. Minister Pan warned young students from three aspects: "belief, struggle, and responsibility" that they should firmly believe in Marxism, unswervingly inherit the spirit of the party’s struggle, and carry out their initial and mission in practice.

0n the afternoon of July 12th, Jiandong Wang, assistant to the headmaster told everyone about the executive power of the whole staff. In the course of practice, assistant Wang focuses on nine subjects, such as "professional personality, talent standard, and communication in place". According to the classics, the students will be enlightened and benefit the bandits.

0n the evening of the same day, Jing Peng, member of the League Committee of our school, explained to us that "the news propaganda work of student cadres is pragmatic." Mr. Peng emphasized how to find a valuable and unique perspective in news interviews from three aspects: "News writing, photography skills, and new media editors." She also encouraged everyone to strive to be excellent CQIE propagandists.

The training of the regiment school is rich and orderly. At the same time of training and teaching, group discussion activities were also carried out. The atmosphere of the training scene was active, the students actively participated in it, and the harvest was full. The training course not only provides the backbone with the opportunity to communicate and share experience, but also improves the ideological and political literacy of the students. The level of policy theory enhances the students’ ability of independent innovation, practice, organization and coordination, and plays an important role in the follow-up of class work and the promotion of class students’ unity and cooperation.
