The move marks the project officially started, stepped into the stage of substantial construction. Before the construction of the first pile foundation, Chongqing Nancheng Construction Engineering Co., LTD. (the construction unit) shall plan and make careful preparations in advance, and ensure that the construction machinery (rotary excavator, drawing machine, crane, concrete pump truck, excavator, etc.) and construction personnel are in place according to the construction plan, so as to ensure the preparation of necessary materials and auxiliary facilities (mud pool, steel shield, etc.) for the construction.

During the construction of pile foundation on that day, the construction team organized the construction in strict accordance with the construction design drawing, specifications and quality standards, established the axis elevation control network in accordance with the design drawing and the planning drawing, strictly controlled the axis elevation of each part, controlled the hole formation depth in accordance with the advanced drilling data, and at the same time, made various safety and civilized construction measures, made emergency response plans, coordinated and orderly among all departments, and effectively guaranteed the smooth completion of the first pile construction. Finally, after testing, all the data and indexes of the first pile of pile foundation meet the design requirements, and the representatives of the participating units are satisfied with the construction site work.

The teaching and research building of Chongqing Institute of Engineering has a total construction area of 27472.6 ㎡, the construction height is 47.7m, the frame structure is 12 floors, ±0.000 is equal to the absolute elevation 262.75 meters.
