He stressed that all secondary colleges should strengthen cooperation between schools and enterprises in laboratory construction and planning, keep pace with the development of industry and technology, and ensure their foresight and advancement; take into account laboratory planning of similar and interdisciplinary subjects, innovation of one or two classrooms and students, and open laboratory needs, so as to realize the experimental functional requirements of integrating talent training, scientific research and social services, and avoid duplication of construction; conscientiously plan and classify laboratories, and make detailed statistics on laboratory equipment and utilization rates.
