The Student Team of CQIE Won the First Prize of the National College Student E-Commerce Challenge Net news (Article/ Photo Yake Lu, School of Management) Recently, the results of the National Finals of the 10th National Undergraduate E-commerce “Innovation, Creativity and Entrepreneurship” Challenge Competition were announced. The “Do Whatever You Want” team from the School of Management of CQIE won the first prize of this competition by virtue of the “Filial Piety in Behavior and Happiness in the Old”.
This year's finals were held at Henan University of Science and Technology. In accordance with the requirements of normalized epidemic prevention and control, the competition adopted the form of online review. Henan University of Science and Technology set up 12 groups for remote online review. More than 100 experts from the E-commerce Professional Teaching Steering Committee of Higher Education Institutions of the Ministry of Education, many well-known universities and outstanding enterprises across our country served as the judges of the competition. The competition focused on examining the content and actual effects of each participating team's online performance, and was evaluated according to 5 scoring items including innovation, creativity, entrepreneurship, speech, and copywriting. The participating members of CQIE's “Do Whatever You Want” team are Xiong Duan, Hongwei Deng, Qiao Zhang, Jiangli Li, Chuanhui Liu respectively, students majoring in e-commerce in the School of Management. The e-commerce professional teachers Yake Lu and Chao Song served as instructors. The "Do Whatever You Want" team relied on the status of the school-level special prize and provincial-level special prize winners to advance to the finals to compete with more than 200 teams from 31 provinces, municipalities, autonomous regions, and Hong Kong and Macau special administrative regions. The team won the first prize finally.
It is reported that the National Undergraduate E-commerce “Innovation, Creativity and Entrepreneurship” Challenge is a national disciplinary competition sponsored by the National E-commerce Industry-Education Integration Innovation Alliance. It mainly cultivates undergraduates’ e-commerce innovation awareness, creative thinking, entrepreneurial ability and teamwork spirit, and stimulating the interest and potential of college students in the field of e-commerce. A total of 65,119 teams from 279 colleges and universities signed up for this competition. After school competitions and provincial competitions, more than 200 teams from all regions of the country entered the finals. Since the first national “Three Innovation Competition” was held in 2009, the scale of the competition has become larger and stronger, and its influence has become stronger and stronger, which has effectively promoted the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education and practical teaching in universities. |
