Our Students Have Made Great Achievements In the 3rd National College Student Innovation Experience Competition

Net news (article/photo Nan Zhang, School of General Studies) Newly, the final results of the 3rd National College Student Innovation Experience Contest were announced. After qualification review, preliminary online evaluation, and online defense review by the final jury, our school’s student works won with 3 first prizes, 8-second prizes, and 5 third prizes, and teacher Nan Zhang was rated as an elite instructor.

It is reported that the 3rd National College Student Innovation Experience Competition is sponsored by the China Creation Society and undertaken by Southeast University and Anhui University of Technology. It aims to attract and encourage college students to participate in scientific and technological innovation activities, stimulate innovative inspiration, cultivate innovative thinking habits, improve innovative practical ability, and nurture innovation results.

Due to the special reasons for the new coronavirus outbreak, the finals adopted the online review method. The contestants conducted online defenses. 687 works from 60 universities across the country, including Tongji University, Southeast University, and Northeastern University participated, and 209 works passed online voting and expert networks and selected as a finalist in the national finals. After the strict control of the competition jury, a total of theme 1 (Changing with each passing day) 36 first prizes, 74-second prizes, 66 third prizes, theme 2 (Innovative value), 22 first prizes, 58-second prizes, and 56 third prizes, theme 3 (Entrepreneurship without boundaries) 16 first prizes were produced.
