All the leaders of the university attended the meeting, the heads of the functional departments, the presidents, vice presidents, department heads, teaching secretaries of the secondary colleges, and all personnel from the evaluation and construction office, the quality management office and the Academic Affairs Office attended the meeting. On the morning of the same day, Professor Xinping Yan, former dean of Chongqing University of Science and Technology and qualified evaluation expert of undergraduate teaching work of the Ministry of Education, was invited to give a special report to our university. Starting from the working logic of qualification assessment and combining with the requirements of "basic norms of teaching management", Professor Yan focused on the basic connotation and characteristics of teaching management from six aspects of teaching management system, teaching management organization, teaching operation management, specialty and curriculum construction, quality control and file management, analyze the problems easily existing in current teaching management, and put forward corresponding countermeasures Rectification opinions and suggestions. He stressed that schools should attach great importance to the benchmarking and self-evaluation, and do a solid job in self-evaluation and self-construction; constantly improve the conditions of running schools, promote the continuous standardization of teaching management, and promote the continuous improvement of teaching quality, so as to meet the "three basic" work requirements; highlight the school running orientation of serving local (industrial) economic and social development, and highlight the cultivation of applied talents; gradually build the internal quality assurance system and form a long-term mechanism to continuously improve the teaching quality. Finally, Professor Yan fully affirmed the achievements of our school in recent years, hoping that the school would adhere to the guidance of qualification assessment, realize connotative development and speed up the running speed.

In the afternoon, Longfu Zhou, president assistant, gave a work report on teaching supervision and examination supervision on the topic of "combination of supervisions to comprehensively improve teaching quality and teaching management level". The report summarizes the composition of the teaching supervision team at the two levels of the college and university, and the overall situation of the listening and evaluation of the teaching team and the leading cadres of the school; puts forward the classroom evaluation standard according to the standards and requirements of the qualification assessment, and focuses on the "how to teach a good class"; it also gives a general report on the implementation of the supervision work and the main problems in this semester. Assistant Zhou pointed out that all staff of the school should change their thinking, establish the idea of "teaching center status" comprehensively, and implement the central task of qualified assessment; it is necessary to strengthen the training of school teaching management personnel, improve the understanding and implementation ability of teaching management personnel to the system, and ensure that the system takes root.

President assistant Gui Yang made a detailed report on the examination (examination) and inspection (evaluation) of graduation project (Thesis) course, and reported the overall situation, existing problems and achievements of graduation design (Thesis) and course assessment (examination) inspection (evaluation). Assistant Yang proposed that each unit should "write and make good use of four books", namely, relevant teaching system standards, undergraduate professional talent training program, syllabus, graduation design (Thesis) guidance book; second, to do a good job in managing three things, namely, laboratory and practical teaching management, curriculum assessment and test paper standard management, graduation design (Thesis) management; third, to say good-good "Two classrooms", namely, lecture and ideological & political courses, classroom of main battlefield.

Next, the meeting was divided into four groups for group discussion, and school leaders participated in the four group discussions respectively. Each group discussed the qualification assessment, teaching organization and management, and system construction. After the discussion, the leaders of the four groups made exchange speeches respectively.

In his concluding speech, President Guoqing Gui stressed that the whole school should attach great importance to all teaching links, pay attention to teaching quality and ensure the position of teaching center; all departments should carry out various work around the teaching main line and the task of talent training center; all teachers should strengthen undergraduate awareness, adhere to the talent training objectives of the school, and create distinctive school running characteristics in combination with the requirements of undergraduate connotation; It is necessary to ensure the rationality and stability of teaching management organization, clarify the responsibilities of four levels of teaching management team of school, college, department and teaching & research section; the teaching & research section should participate in the formulation of talent training plan, syllabus and curriculum assessment method; it should further determine the basic responsibilities of teachers, and improve their own academic ability, academic level and academic spirit. President Gui also put forward clear requirements for the next step of teaching work, whichis necessary to unify the thinking, strengthen the training and learning of teaching management and teaching standards, strengthen the basic construction of teaching, improve the teaching level and quality, strengthen the construction of teaching management organization system to ensure the orderly operation of teaching, and strengthen the research and practice of teaching reform to highlight the characteristics and effects of talent cultivation.
