Dr. Yong Liao, a professor and master's advisor of Chongqing University's Control Center of Communication and Measurement was invited to be the keynote speaker. The lecture was presided over by Dean Shibiao He and all teachers of the School of Electronic Information participated.

Dean He first explained to the participants the original intention of the school to carry out this lecture, emphasizing the significance of college teachers' involvement in academic research and participation in scientific research activities and hoped that all teachers can increase their enthusiasm for academic work. Dr. Yong Liao first shared his educational experiences and scientific research results with the teachers. Dean He also announced at the meeting that the school had decided to establish a research team on "The Application of Intelligent Communication on the Internet of Vehicles", led by Dr. Yong Liao to carry out relevant scientific research work.
