Shuangqiao Campus Carried Out Teachers' "Lecture Talk" Training Activities

The training was delivered by Wei Yan, deputy director of the Management Committee of Shuangqiao Campus, director of the Teaching Affairs Office and vice President of the College of General Education. All full-time teachers (including part-time instructors) participated in the training.

Through the training, Dean Yan explained in detail the concept, function and classification of speaking lessons, as well as the differences between speaking lessons, preparing lessons and attending classes. This paper expounds the practice of the specific framework and the logic main line, and with the presence of the teacher had a heated discussion, practice framework to strengthen the practice link of internal logic relationship; Finally, dean Yan also combined with the concrete practice cases for demonstration and display, and to emphasize speaking lesson to highlight the teaching idea and the clear interprets the design idea, design basis and purpose, highlight the difficult point breakthrough method.

The improvement of teaching quality is not only the key work of undergraduate teaching qualification evaluation and construction, but also the primary task of teaching management. The key point of this teaching training is to improve teachers' teaching ability and classroom control ability.
