Net news (Article/ Photos the Student Department Tao Huang) In order to conscientiously implement the spirit of 《Notice on Strengthening and Improving the Work of Leading Cadres in Colleges to Contact Students at the Grassroots Level》issued by the Party Group of the Ministry of Education and 《key Points of Student Management in Colleges in 2020》 issued by Chongqing Municipal Education Commission, according to the requirements of the notice of 《Chongqing Institute of Engineering on Doing a Good Job in the Work of Leading Cadres Contacting Students》, leading cadres at all levels in our school went deep into grassroots units to promote the work of contacting students. On September 28th, Yeping Zhang, Deputy Secretary and Vice President of the Standing Committee, and Jiandong Wang, president assistant, led the students' department leaders to visit Heyuan No.1, Heyuan No.2, Heyuan No.3, Heyuan No.4 and Rongyuan No.1, visited students' dormitories and cared about their growth.

Secretary Zhang and his party inspected the hardware facilities, sanitary environment, fire safety and other conditions of the students' apartments carefully, understood the improvement of water quality in detail. Mr.Zhang had a cordial exchange with students on the communication and implementation of epidemic prevention and control during holidays, the implementation of leading cadres' going deep into dormitories, the situation of counselors' going deep into students' dormitories, the preparation of theme class meetings, the implementation of "five ones" in apartment interior management and students' professional study and employment. In the face of some problems that students concerned about, Mr. Zhang gave a detailed reply on behalf of the University. Finally, Mr. Zhang told the students that they should develop good personal habits in their life, always keep up their learning enthusiasm, learn professional knowledge well and enhance their ability to serve the society.

It is reported that the normalization of the work system for leading cadres to contact students is an important mean for the school to further promote the work of all staff education, all-round education and the whole process of education.
