Yanlian Chen, deputy director of the Academic Affairs Office, firstly emphasized that the management of student status is an important part of the affairs of colleges and universities, which is of great significance to the management of school students, ensuring the normal teaching order of the school, maintaining educational fairness, and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of students. Director Chen combined the connotation of our school's student status management work, including admission and registration, school system and length of study, assessment and leave, course assessment and score recording, student status changes, graduation completion and academic certificate management, and other work to make a detailed interpretation. Director Chen finally requested that relevant staff should pay attention to the procedural nature of student status management, and act in strict accordance with the time nodes and standards required by the "School Status Management Measures"; they must be student-oriented, standardize management, and achieve management and education.

In his concluding speech, Assistant Principal Gui Yang pointed out that the secretaries and counselors in charge of student affairs in secondary colleges should strictly grasp the regulations and standards of student status management while doing a good job in the daily management of students; Relevant personnel must study the work system carefully and clarify the direction of work; the relevant staff must strictly review the student's school status management and related materials, and the signature must be standardized.
