Teacher Representatives of Chongqing Institute of Engineering Participated in the 2020 China University Quality Education Research Annual Conference and University Education High-level Forum

Net news (article/College student office Jia Xiong) October 15th-17th, the "University Quality Education Research Branch of the Chinese Higher Education Association University Quality Education Research Branch 2020" jointly sponsored by the University Quality Education Research Branch of the Chinese Higher Education Association and Henan University of Science and Technology Conference and the Ninth University Quality Education High-level Forum" was held in Luoyang, Henan. More than 600 secretaries, principals, experts, scholars, teachers and students from more than 200 colleges and universities attended this time. Chunxia Zou, director of our school's quality education center and professor of ideological and political education, participated on behalf of the school.

The theme of this year’s annual conference is "Quality Education: Making the Future Better". The high-level forum on quality education at universities has six parallels: the Secretary-General Forum, the Expert Scholar Forum, the Academic Affairs Director Forum, the University Student Forum, the Entrepreneur Forum, and the Pre-training Workshop Sub-forum. More than 80 expert representatives from Peking University, Tsinghua University and other universities focused on "quality education in the new era", "laws of moral, intellectual, physical, and artistic education", "integrated training model for general education", "general education curriculum innovation", and "quality speeches were made on several topics such as education and university growth and leadership education for college students, trying to conduct in-depth discussions with different positions and perspectives.

Prof. Zou Chunxia made a report at the forum of "Quality Education and University Student Growth", and made presentations and exchanges with other colleagues around the research theme of "Exploration and Practice of the Ways to Improve the Language Expression Ability of Students in Polytechnic Colleges". Professor Zou shared his research results on the "Advanced Training of Level 3 and Level 9 Eloquence". The content is based on the results of our school in student eloquence training, including how to use morning lectures, speech contests, etc. To improve students' thinking and learning ability, the results report won unanimous praise from the experts present. The format of this forum is novel and the content is rich. It is of positive significance to promote quality education thoughts with Chinese characteristics and take root in Chinese universities to develop quality education.
