Our School Hold a Special Meeting on "School-Enterprise Cooperation, Industry-Education Integration" in 2020

At the meeting, Yeping Zhang, deputy secretary of the party committee and executive vice president, reported on the overall situation of the work of "school-enterprise cooperation, integration of production and education" from 2018 to 2020. In the past three years, the whole school focuses on the characteristics of major disciplines, from school-enterprise co-construction of industry colleges, co-construction of on-campus training bases, co-construction of R&D institutions, joint order training, establishment of teacher project studios, and incubation of student innovation Start-up companies and other aspects have carried out multi-field, multi-level, multi-form exploration and practice.

Yugang Jian, assistant to the president, reported on the school’s upcoming "School-Enterprise Cooperation Management Measures for Industry-Education Integration (Trial)", "School-Enterprise Co-construction of In-school Industry-University-Research Institutions (Trial)" and the development of 7 school-enterprise cooperation documents.

Chairman Wanjun Wang further emphasized the importance of "school-enterprise cooperation, integration of production and education" for the survival and development of schools, and further explained the connotation of the school-enterprise cooperation and integration of production and education model of "3+N internal and external linkage". The school will build a professional, market-oriented, and project-oriented campus integration through three types of forms: the establishment of a professional company that matches the development of disciplines, a project studio for teachers, and a student entrepreneurial incubation company Platform for integration of production and education. Chairman Wanjun Wang emphasized that the school should solve the main problems of "what to teach", "who will teach" and "how to teach" in the process of talent training; it must increase investment in human, material and financial resources to improve the quality of talent training and teaching scientific research level and social service ability.

President Guoqing Gui pointed out that "school-enterprise cooperation, integration of production and education" is the school's school-running model. He hopes that secondary colleges, functional departments, and the entire school's faculty and staff will further deepen and unify their understanding, improve the school-enterprise cooperation operation management system.
