CQIE Launched the Fifth Evaluation and Construction Work Leading Group Meeting in 2020

Net news (articles/pictures Assessment and Evaluation Office Liang Zhou) In the afternoon of October 30th, our campus held the Fifth Evaluation and Construction Work Leading Group Meeting in the fifth conference room. All the members of the evaluation and construction work leading group, the principal heads of each functional department, the party and political leaders of the secondary college attended this meeting.

During the meeting, Faling Li, director of the Quality Management Office and secretary of the Assessment and Evaluation Office, gave a presentation about the learning situation for school Personnel, Academic Affairs and Quality Management Office’s filed survey in Chengdu East Soft School on October 22nd to 24th. The school is similar to our running, besides, its method and experience of appraising and constructing work have considerable reference and practical significance. It is recommended that school leaders conduct the organization of further study. The President Assistant and the Deputy Director of Assessment and Evaluation Office Longfu Zhou informed the special supervision of  qualified teachers and financial conditions by the deputy secretary of the Party committee Yeping Zhang, the secretary of the discipline committee Xiaoyong Tang and the assistant secretary of the principal Longfu Zhou in October.

The meeting arranged key tasks for the recent appraisal and construction work. Secretary Mingshu Tan pointed out that there were still problems and shortcomings in some aspects at present judging from the inspection situation mentioned above. Apart from that, all units must pay close attention to the interpretation of the indicators in the qualification evaluation study manual (functional department version) issued by the Evaluation and Construction Office, formulate rectification measures, as well as work plans, and ensure that the school’s indicators are qualified and reach the purpose of “promoting construction and reform through evaluation”.

Deputy Secretary Yeping Zhang put forward the following work requirements in response to the problems encountered in the school’s recent evaluation and construction work: First, all units should place a top priority on evaluation and construction work, take the qualified evaluation as the center, grasp from the depth, start from the detail, pick up on session control; Second, strengthening the understanding of the connotation of evaluation index, especially for the problems discovered by teachers and finance supervision. The Finance Department and the Personnel Department must study carefully, find and solve the problems; the third is to implement the supervision system, adopt the form of supervision letter, issue a task list, and the completion of the work will be included in the annual evaluation and construction work assessment.
